This very special coffee comes from the volcanic region of Mount Agung in the Kintamani highlands on the island of Bali, Indonesia. The system of irrigation used to water these plants was designed more than 1,000 years ago. Bali Blue is a medium/dark roast, organic coffee.
(These cherished beans do actually have a blue color before they are roasted!)
